Library Tour Field Trip

Bring groups to the Library to explore and discover! A field trip to the Library is free and includes a variety of activities that get students involved, actively learning, and having fun at the Library! Class visits are specifically designed to be age-appropriate while simultaneously fitting student interests and educator content requests.

  • A library field trip can include book programs and storytelling, library skills instruction, research assistance and more. Open to all ages.
  • We also offer a variety of programs that are appropriate for community groups, clubs, and organizations that serve youth.

School Classroom Visit

Let us come to you and get your class excited about the library, reading, and more! Visits can include storytimes, booktalks, and research skills. For older students, we are happy to instruct students in database use and research tools, for use on a specific assignment or as general skills. Classroom visits are specifically designed to be age appropriate while simultaneously fitting student interests and educator content requests.

  • Programs available for all ages – preschool through high school.
  • The library is also available to send staff to school and community group functions.
