Computers / Wireless Network
Note: At Civic Center Library, public computer and printing are available (see steps below). Copying/scanning/faxing in the Copy Center is available. See the bottom of the page for information about Rincon and Springtown branches.
There is free Wi-Fi available at all library branches. Connect to the Internet on the 'Livermore Public' wireless network (wifi) with your laptop or mobile device. It is a free, open, unsecured network. It is your responsibility to secure your own device with, for example, security software and up-to-date antivirus software.

In addition to free Wi-Fi, there are areas equipped with ethernet plug-in ports and power outlets at Civic Center Library.
Printing from Library Computers or Mobile Devices
Each Livermore library branch has black and white printing. Civic Center Library also has color printing. Wireless printing is available only at the Civic Center Library. You may print to the printers there from any computer or mobile device using our ePRINTit mobile printing service. You can print from anywhere, in or out of the library using ePRINTit. Simply submit documents online for printing and come to the library to print and pick them up.
Printing Costs
- $0.10 per page for black and white prints
- $0.25 per page for color prints (Civic Center Library only)
Go to https://tbs.eprintit.com/portal/#/ppl/upload/LIVPL, upload the files to be printed and enter your name or E-Mail address. TBS/ePRINTit is a solution that allows effortless secure network-connected or mobile printing from any device. Print documents, emails, and web content from any internet-enabled smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop directly to the library's printers.
Web Page Printing
Simply enter your name or an E-Mail address, choose a printer, set print options, and upload your document.
Printing a Boarding Pass
Boarding passes are printed from the airline web pages. If the airline allows you to save a copy of the boarding pass as a PDF file, then:
- Save the PDF file to disk.
- Submit the PDF file using the ePRINTit web page.
- Go to Library to retrieve your print job.
Email Printing
To print an email message or attachment, simply forward your email to:
- B&W Printer: tbs-LIVPL-bw@eprintitservice.com
- Color Printer: tbs-LIVPL-color@eprintitservice.com
You will be sent release instructions which can be used to retrieve your printouts.

Copying / Faxing / Scanning
Civic Center Library
A copying/scanning/faxing machine is available in the Copy Center. It accepts credit or debit (ATM) cards. The photocopier makes black & white copies for $0.10 per page and color copies for $0.25 per page. Scanning to email or USB is free. The cost to send a fax is:
- U.S. - $1.00 per page
- International - $3.95 for the 1st page; $3.45 for each additional page
Rincon and Springtown Branches
Black & white photocopier available at each branch, photocopies cost $0.15 per page and prints cost $0.10 cents per page
