There are a variety of reservable study room spaces at Civic Center Branch for individuals or small groups to utilize for quiet discussion or study. Room capacity limits are determined by library staff. To reserve study rooms, patrons must be aware of the following: 

  • Rooms may not be used for any activities which require a fee. 
  • Patron Conduct Policy applies during study room usage. 
  • Rooms remain unlocked during study room usage. 
  • Study room windows must remain uncovered. 
  • Signs may not be posted to study room windows or walls. 
  • Study rooms may be reserved up to 7 days in advance. 
  • Study rooms may be reserved once a day for up to 2 hours (per group).
  • Conference Room 131 is reservable for groups of 2-10 people.

Study room reservations are held by library staff for 15 minutes after the reservation begins and may be forfeited after that time. Patrons who use study rooms are expected to leave the rooms in their original order, free of trash.
