July 1: Storytime in Marlin Pound Park at 2010 Bluebell Drive
Families with children of all ages are welcome to attend. Bring a blanket and sit on the grass for a special outdoor Music and Movement class at a different neighborhood park every week on Saturdays at 10:15 a.m. Weather permitting. Storytime will be moved to the Civic Center Library if it is raining or if the air quality is unhealthy. Registration is not required for these free events.
Please call (925) 373-5505 to sign up for the optional Storytime in the Park mailing list. If the scheduled storytime is moved or cancelled, people on the mailing list will be emailed that morning to be notified of the change. For more information, please contact Librarian Caitlyn Lung at cmlung@livermoreca.gov.
To request a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please call or email the City of Livermore’s ADA coordinator at (925) 960-4170, (TTY Relay at 711), or adacoordinator@livermoreca.gov. Accommodations should be requested at least three working days before the scheduled event.
The Summer Reading Program is happening through August 16, 2023. Help us meet our community reading goal of 3 million minutes! All ages are encouraged to join. Participants who read and log their minutes have the opportunity to win prizes. Thank you to the Friends of the Livermore Library and our other sponsors.
