Latinx/Hispanic Heritage Month: Cultura Poetry & Art Fest with La Raíz Magazine – Mes de La Herencia Hispana y Latinx: Festival de Poesía y Arte Cultural

Write poetry, share your own poetry, listen to bilingual poets, and enjoy art at a pop-up art show where you can meet the artists! This family friendly event encourages literacy, community engagement, and art appreciation. 

Escribe poesía, comparte tu propia poesía, escucha a poetas bilingües y disfruta del arte en una muestra de arte emergente donde podrás conocer a los artistas. Este evento familiar fomenta la alfabetización, la participación comunitaria y la apreciación del arte. 

La Raíz Magazine is a literary journal featuring visual art and multilingual poetry by community members, writers, and artists based in San José, California and Santa Clara County, while also welcoming creative work from the greater San Francisco Bay Area, California, and the national and international community.
