Stop by Civic Center Library on Oct. 5 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to register to vote. The Alameda County Registrar of Voters will have registration forms ready for you outside the library in the parking lot. Did you know that you can register at 16 years of age? You must be a U.S. Citizen to register. You can register online and in person!
