Film Screening

Adults and teens will watch a PG-rated movie from 2017 about a team of female African American mathematicians who served a vital role in NASA during the early years of the U.S. space program. Join us for a discussion of the movie with members of the African American Body of Laboratory Employees. Film Screening will be held in the Storytime Room Civic Center Library.

This activity is part of the event programming for the 17th annual Livermore Reads Together featured book The Radium Girls: The Dark Story of America’s Shining Women by Kate Moore. The Livermore Public Library invites you to read along with us.
