What Colleges Want for Admissions Requirements

High school students (grades 9-11) and their parents are invited to attend a free presentation, “What Colleges Want: An Inside Look at College Admissions Requirements.”  Jackie Stamps, an independent college admissions advisor located in Livermore, will give an overview of the admissions policies used by public and private colleges and present resources that will help students prepare for the college admissions process.  Attendees will find out what courses are required, when tests should be taken, and the importance of extracurricular activities.  This program will provide students with the information they need to make informed choices as they move through high school.

No registration is required. For questions or more information, please call Teen Programming Librarian Caitlyn Lung at cmlung@livermoreca.gov
