A space-themed STEM program ideal for 1st-5th grade students, but all ages are welcome for a multigenerational, family experience. Participants will learn about the solar system while having fun with interactive projects and experiments. This program (Thursdays 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, & 8/18) is designed as a four-part course, so participants are encouraged to register for all four sessions for the best experience. August 11: Rovers – To explore planetary surfaces you will need a capable rover; especially if you want to make it through those meteor craters!
August 18: Space Stations – Finish the challenges at each space station to complete your astronaut training.
The sessions are free and at 7:00 p.m. in the story-time room of the Civic Center Library. All materials will be provided.
