A Taste of Africa: Family Festival

A Taste of Africa Family Festival on July 23, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at Civic Center Library. A family day connecting cultures from Africa and beyond with arts and crafts, drumming, and dance in partnership with Cheza Nami Foundation. All ages are welcome to attend this free event. No registration needed.

12:00 p.m. Cheza Nami Music and Dance Performance

10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Arts and Crafts, Hands-on Instrument Exploration, Reading Corner

The Summer Reading Program, sponsored by the Friends of the Livermore Library, is happening through August 17. All ages are encouraged to participate in the summer reading program. Participants who read and log their minutes have the opportunity to win prizes. Help us meet our community reading goal of 3 million minutes.
