Beginning Monday, August 25, 2025, the Rincon Branch Library will restart the Homework Help program for the 2025-2026 school year. It will run through Thursday, May 14, 2026, excluding school holidays and breaks. This program offers free homework help to students in preschool through 12th grade. Adult volunteer homework coaches are available to assist students with homework or practice with reading and math on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 3 to 5 p.m., and Wednesdays 2 to 4 p.m. Students are welcome to study or do homework independently in the dedicated Homework Help space during the allotted hours.
Rincon’s Homework Help space is equipped with a computer and printer for students use only. Students can print in color or black and white, free of charge for all school assignments. Supplies available in the Homework Help space include pencils, pens, paper, highlighters, markers, calculators, rulers, glue, flashcards, resource books, and more. The Livermore Public Library also provides many electronic resources and databases for students. Please visit the Digital Library to preview a list.
