DESCRIPTION:<p><a href="https://library.livermoreca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/14044/639172097558270000" target="_blank" rel="noopener"><strong>Livermore Youth Council Recruitment Application Form</strong></a></p><p>We have an opportunity for Livermore youth in grades 7-12 who are interested in: Building community; Being the voice for youth in Livermore; Engaging with city leaders while learning about government; and finding solutions to address the needs of Livermore's youth.</p><p><a href="https://library.livermoreca.gov/digital-library/teens/youth-council" target="_self">Livermore Youth Council</a> (LYC) applicants should be able to take an active role in projects, and be able to participate in and attend LYC meetings, sub-committee meetings, and events. Additional responsibilities may be required if appointed as an LYC liaison to another group, or as an officer.</p><p><strong><a href="https://library.livermoreca.gov/home/showpublisheddocument/14044/639172097558270000" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Applications</a> are due by Friday, July 31, 2026 at 6 p.m.</strong> and, if selected to move to the next stage, will be followed by an interview during the first week of August.
