Monthly Yoga for Beginners - Workshop Waiver

Learn all about Isha Yoga and simple techniques designed to help you walk through life with ease. In this 90-minute session, attendees will learn seven powerful yet simple practices which include: directional movement of the arms, neck practices, Yoga Namaskar, Nadi Shuddhi, Nada Yoga, Shambhavi Mudra, and Namaskar Process.

  • Enhanced productivity, concentration, and memory.

No registration is required to attend this free program. Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mat.  However, a mat will be provided to those who do not have one. 

All participants must fill out the waiver form. Teens under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by their parent or guardian. Waivers will be provided on the day of the workshop.
