Then & Now: Livermore Stories. "Sit Straight, Eyes Front: Livermore's Early Schools," by Jeff Kaskey

Then & Now: Livermore Stories is a local history lecture series co-presented by the Livermore Heritage Guild and the Livermore Public Library. Jeff Kaskey will present “Sit Straight, Eyes Front: Livermore’s Early Schools” on Wednesday, Jan. 21 at 7 p.m. in the Civic Center Library Storytime Room, 1188 S. Livermore Ave. Registration is not required to attend this free program for adults.

Jeff will discuss Livermore’s early schools and provide an update on the Livermore Heritage Guild’s efforts to move the last Livermore Valley one-room schoolhouse, Midway, from the Altamont Hills to Hagemann Park.
