Music & Movement at Civic Center Library

Enjoy songs and movement activities that build motor and social skills and increase independence, as well as language development, in your child. We'll have lots of fun while moving to the music! Perfect for ages 1-5, but everyone is welcome. Please bring your own blanket to the outdoors class held on the Civic Center Library lawn. Class will be moved indoors if inclement weather occurs. An indoor Stay and Play session (time to play and socialize) will follow at 10:45 a.m. Registration is not required.

Summer Learning for all ages is on through August 4, 2026. Everyone receives a free book just for signing up! Register at Livermore.beanstack.org or on the Beanstack app. Paper gameboards are also available at all Livermore Library locations. Participants who track their reading and activities will earn raffle tickets towards drawings for prizes. Thanks to Friends of the Livermore Library and our other partners for making the Summer Learning program and events possible.

To request a reasonable accommodation under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), please call or email the City of Livermore’s ADA coordinator at (925) 960-4170, (TTY Relay at 711), or adacoordinator@livermoreca.gov. Accommodations should be requested at least three working days before the scheduled event.

Photographs and film taken by Library representatives in Library facilities or at Library-sponsored events are to be used solely for Library educational, promotional, and publicity purposes.
